I’m an international powerlifter and have had the privilege of competing for Great Britain. I’ve been seriously into powerlifting for the last couple of years, but I’ve been in and out of the gym for around six years now. Like many people, my journey hasn’t always been smooth. There’ve been plenty of times where I felt like I was just going through the motions, unsure of what to do next or how to actually make progress.

That’s a big part of why I created this programme. I wanted to put together something that gives people real structure — something that helps you not just get stronger, but actually feel like you're working toward something with purpose. Whether your goal is to hit new PRs, build muscle, or just get more out of your time in the gym, this programme is here to guide you.

It’s built from experience — from the wins, the mistakes, and everything in between. My hope is that it gives you the direction I wish I had earlier in my own journey.
